Stay in one of our six modern suites

Each suite features one king-size bed or two queen-size beds, fully stocked kitchen with full-size appliances, indoor and outdoor dining tables with chairs, flat-screen TV with basic satellite channels, free wireless internet, patio downstairs or balcony upstairs with a seasonal lake view. Enjoy the covered pavilion with BBQ grill, hammocks, fire pit (wood provided) and horseshoes. All suites are non-smoking. Sorry, but pets are no longer allowed at Lake Harbour Resort. Air beds are available upon request for an additional fee. They are no longer provided in all rooms unless requested in advance.

“The Red House” Details:

Located on a private drive across from the entrance to the marina and park, the Lodge and Loft are secluded enough to feel like you’re away from it all, yet close enough to Bull Shoals Lake and nearby amenities to still be convenient. The lodge sleeps 10, and the loft sleeps five. Rent them separately or together to accommodate larger groups. Call today to book your next vacation.

A Few of Our Policies…

All rentals are payable in advance.
Payments are non-refundable if reservation is cancelled within 30 days of arrival date unless we are able to fill the reservation. (See cancellation policy.)
Sorry, but we do not give refunds for inclement weather or early departure.
Reservations are strongly recommended; however, walk-ins are welcome when we can accommodate them. 
There is a 2-night minimum to make a reservation during the summer; 3-night minimum on holiday weekends.
(No one-night stays at the two houses.)
All types of fireworks are prohibited at the Red Barn and Indian Point Lodge property, LHR property or inside the park/marina cove.
Quiet hours are from 10 p.m. to 8 a.m.; please keep noise to a minimum during this time.
No loud music should be played outdoors at any time of day out of respect for our neighbors.
This is a family friendly resort. Please be courteous of your neighbors (i.e. no foul language, public drunkenness, illegal drug use, etc.). Local law enforcement will be called if necessary, and any person unwilling to cooperate with our policies will be asked to leave.
Pets are not allowed in any of our units.

Cancellation Policy

We are a family owned and operated small business; we are not a large chain resort. We are also located in a secluded area, so it is very difficult to fill unexpected vacancies due to last-minute cancellations. Cancellations and/or changes must be made more than 30 days in advance of your arrival date. Cancellations made within 30 days of arrival will not result in a refund. With your help, we can continue to keep our rates reasonable in the future. We sincerely hope you enjoy your stay with us and choose to make Pontiac Cove a repeat destination.
